Nestled in a tranquil residential neighborhood, it was just a short five-minute walk to the train station, making it an ideal base for exploring nearby Basel. The room was immaculate and spacious, featuring air conditioning that provided a refreshing escape from the summer heat. Every morning, I was greeted with a scrumptious breakfast, showcasing local delicacies and freshly made eggs, setting a lovely tone for the day. The hosts, particularly Mrs Hierholzer, went above and beyond, offering insightful tips about the area and ensuring I felt right at home. With exceptional value for money and an atmosphere of warmth and care, I wholeheartedly recommend this guesthouse for anyone seeking a restful and welcoming retreat.
